I have been to Ocean City, MD, several times and I have to say it has something for everyone. There are many things to do and many places to eat. One of my favorite places is Fager's Island. It is a great place to watch the sunset, while you sit around a firepit eating a couple dozen of clams and sipping on a few cold drinks. Wish I was there now! =) Sounds like you had a great time! It is a comfotable distance away and very very family friendly. My granddaughter looks forward every year to seeing the dolphins in the Ocean. Each year we find a surprizr restaurant, this year it was Tequila Mockingbird, terrific Mexican food in a relaxed atmosphere. We have stayed in 4 different accomadations over the last several years and have never been disappointed. Pack up the bags folks OCEAN CITY MD is great and affordable thanks to Sundance.
