Arrington Woods on Fenwick Island, Delaware
Recently my family and I vacationed at Arrington Woods on Fenwick Island, Delaware. Arrington was truly a vacationer’s paradise. We were only 7 miles away from the beach. The island offered many kinds of entertainment, from water sports to golfing and outlet shopping. My family and I ate at Harpoon Hannah’s, Secrets, Nicks Ribs, and Brass Balls. The food was absolutely delicious, and we had such a wide variety. Everything was just a short walk away from our unit. Our place was huge; you could probably fit 12 people. It had such a home setting, with a pull in garage, and the ability to cook outside. Cooking outside worked well for us, since we went crabbing at Assawoman Bay. My husband didn’t want to leave, it was so beautiful and comfortable, he wanted to stay inside and relax all day. Surprisingly the neighbors were all really friendly too! Right across the street there was a playground with a free Merry-Go-Round, which was perfect for our daughter. Another attraction that was great for kids was Assateague Island. The island was full of wild horses, deer, and many other types of animals that kids of all ages love. Overall our vacation was phenomenal, thank you so much Sundance Vacations!!

Lizette! Your trip sounds like a great time. Fenwick Island is beautiful. My favorite place to eat is Harpoon Hannah’s. Did you try the Chesapeake Crab Dip? It is delicious. Glad you had such a great time vacationing with Sundance Vacations!!
Sounds like your vacation with Sundance Vacations was awesome! We drove past Harpoon Hannah’s several times, but never stopped. Thanks, for the recommendation. Next time I will be sure to stop in for a bite to eat. I will most defiantely try the Chesapeake Crab Dip that was mentioned. I also love visiting Assateague Island. For anyone who hasn’t been to Assateuge, be sure to put in on your things to do list while visiting Ocean City, MD or the Delaware beaches.
Hello all. I would first like to start off by saying how much we enjoyed our trip. The house was great, Tons of room and very clean. I was so relaxed that I did not want to leave. Everything was very close. The beach was only a couple of miles away, and easy to get to. If you have family, I would absolutely recommend staying in Arrington Woods. It had a full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 3 big bedrooms, and the layout of the house was wide open. I did go crabbing. It was a great experience and was relaxing as well. We did many things on our vacation. The best part of being at Arrington Woods was, we did have our little girl with us and it was a whole lot easier to take care of her in the house than in would have been at stuffy hotel. I would personally like to thank my better half for the great trip, and the Sundance Vacations Team for making our Vacation one that we will all remember for many years to come. Thank You !!!!
Thank you so much for posting about Arrington Woods. I am going to be taking my family there next summer for our vacation. Having a large family I was worried about the room issue. I am glad to see that we will have alot more room to spread out rather then being crammed into a tiny hotel room for triple the price of a vacation through Sundance Vacations!
