I eagerly look forward to visiting Woodfield Manor this weekend, as John and Tina were generous enough to invite their administrative staff for a weekend at the house, on the house.

Although the overnight stay was first come, first serve, I was lucky enough to get a cottage reserved for my guest and myself. After we’re done putting our hours in on Saturday, we have a short drive to the manor to relax and enjoy each other’s company in a quiet, luxurious setting.

On Sunday morning, we will be woken up with the delivery of a light breakfast to get us ready for what I’m really excited for–dinner. I’ve overheard Tina a time or two when ordering things for the restaurant. “Print the menus on the highest quality paper you can find.”

I know how much time and energy everyone has put into this new property and I’m honored to be one of the people to experience it before it opens.

The entire property sounds like a great place to rest after spending an eventful day in the Poconos. The cottages sound very cozy and romantic. I cannot wait to experience everything the resort will have to offer first hand. I have seen some beautiful pictures of the property and the bar is definately an inviting place to unwind after a fun-filled day. I know with Keith and Joanne’s welcoming Irish personalities any one who visits will feel right at home!
