Our First Trip With Sundance Vacations
I was asked to give feedback on our experience with our Sundance Vacations plan. We have only gone on one trip so far, which was to Hilton Head during Memorial Day week this year (2007). We have visited Hilton Head 5 times previously, but this is the first time we stayed at a TAN condo. We had a great experience overall. The condo was nicely furnished and decorated, and this unit even came with bedding and towels. The complex has a really nice pool and is about a 10-minute walk to the beach.
We had a problem with the dishwasher in our unit, so I called the customer service number on Memorial Day, and a repairman was out to fix the appliance the next morning. Even though there was a problem, it was resolved promptly.
We had such a good experience that we are planning to go back to the same property in 3 weeks!

I stayed in a TAN condo in Hilton Head. Although it was over ten years ago, I can remember that the condo was very nice. There were six of us, and we all slept very comfortably. There were two swimming pools and the beach was only a short walk from the pools. There was a bar/restaraunt near the pool and we spent alot of time laying by the pool and listening to the music from local bands that played at the poolside bar. We ate grilled oysters and drank some tasty cocktails. I can also remember spending alot of time on our balcony. It was a very nice and relaxing place to stay.
I am glad that you enjoyed you first trip with sundance vacations. That is great that as soon as you made a complaint about an appliance that they were there the next day. I look forward to when i get to take my first trip with Sundance.
I am happy to hear you had a great time on your first trip. My family went last year to Myrtle Beach and also had a great time. I have yet to experience a trip with Sundance Vacations yet but Hilton Head sounds like a great place to start.
I am so glad you enjoyed your first vacation with Sundance. I haven’t been able to use any of our vacation spots yet but when I do, I am going to have a hard time deciding which place to go to. I guess I’ll have to flip a coin because all of them sound great. Thanks for the feedback.
