Do you think companies who are more customer oriented have a better chance at survival in a recessed economy?

Congrats to Sundance! Awesome Achievement!! And,yes I do think think the key to success for any business is to have both happy customers and happy employees. Sundance has both!!
Customer service is always so important.
WAY TO GO SUNDANCE!! I think about how when I’m shopping, or having my car repaired, cable service all those type of things and when I have great customer service and respect I want to deal with that company always and I tell people I know about them, so yes,
customer service is everything and therefore a much better chance of survival.
