Sundance Vacations headed to the Stevie Awards
Sundance Vacations has been selected as a Finalist in the 2008 American Business Awards. Companies as diverse as Accenture, Acxiom Corporation, Harrah’s Entertainment, KV Pharmaceutical, and Teamwork Athletic Apparel are among those vying for a Stevie Award. More than 2,600 entries were submitted for consideration in more than 40 categories.
Sundance Vacations received two out of three nominations that were submitted to the awards judges. The two entries that were chosen for national recognition are Best Sales Team, and Best New Product. The company was selected because of the high average scores received during more than a month of preliminary judging. The next step is the Stevie Awards ceremony that will be held in New York City on June 12th. Mike and Barbara Kasper will represent the sales team and Christina Allen and guest will represent the company for the VIP Program. This is an exciting time for everyone at Sundance Vacations, and we can’t wait to see the results!!

Sometimes, I think people often throw the word “best” around with out reflecting on the true meaning of the word. I’d like to just ponder on the actual definition for a minute.
BEST- (adjective) better than all others: of the highest quality or standard or the most excellent type
Well, there you have it. I have no doubt that we will be walking away with two Stevie Awards this year.

I also want to congratulate the Sundance Vacation’s customer service team. The team plays an important role in our sales success. They patiently answer a deluge of questions from new customers while offering reassurance about the value of vacationing with Sundance Vacations from nervous new customers. We compiled some of the most interesting customer service stories for our best customer service team submission. Did you know customer service manager, Judy Romanelli, while vacationing at the beach, once wrote client account information on baby wipes?
