Sundance Vacations Participates in National Customer Service Week

The Customer Service Department at Sundance Vacations observed National Customer Service Week from October 5th-9th. The week was full of exciting activities. Two events that recognized Sundance Vacations customers were a blog contest on the Sundance Vacations Travel Blog, and a prize giveaway at each of the seven Sundance Vacations sales offices each night the offices were open during the National Customer Service Week.
The winner for the best customer service experience posted on the Sundance Vacations Travel Blog was Dale Kilian from Princeton, New Jersey. Mr. Kilian picked up his Flip Camera at the Sundance Vacations Princeton office on Saturday, October 10th. Congratulations Dale, we’re very glad that you enjoyed your customer service experience with Sundance Vacations!
We also extend a happy congratulations to all of the customers who visited a Sundance Vacations sales office during the National Customer Service Week and won a gift just for giving us a chance to introduce the wholesale vacation program.

The entire employee team really enjoyed having some fun during customer service week. We gave away t-shirts and tote bags to random customers but Dale from Princeton is the really lucky winner. I love my flip video camera so I hope he records many happy vacation memories with his new flip.
Even though the official national customer service week is over, Sundance Vacations staff continue to practice great customer service skills.
Our customers always walk away with a smile on their face..its great to be a part of it!!!

I’m still partially in shock cause I really never win ANYTHING !! .. the camera was outta-th’ box and in use Before I even left the office.
LOL!! So far that Flip has captured scenes My Mom’s Birthday , one of my closest friends Fran Capo.. the World’s fastest Talking Female taking her son Skydiving for His Birthday, used at NYC film festival and will see Alot of Great/Funny times On-Location at film sets as I begin my lifes Journey as an Actor .. AND ofcourse capturing the F-U-N and Adventures I’ll be finding on Vacations I’ve been ached to have for Y-E-A-R-S !! Thanks SO MUCH to the wonderful Family of People ( So oka-a-y , Fine! I’ll call them Employees ) that have been so incredibly helpful as I’ve become a new member with Sundance Vacations ! I’m very hard to impress, But You Guys, YYYYOU Guys Are just AWESOME !!! YOU GUYS RRROCK !!
